Developed during the summer of 2013. Set of 4oz lotion, 4oz scrub, 4oz hand soap and 1oz balm. Scope included input on the product concept, competitive research and testing, product re-formulations, tube, jar and pump packaging and labeling, development of display packaging, reviewing and approving all pre-production samples, sourcing all items and ongoing product refinement.
Inside of hand care set display carton with products nested in tray. The first version of the product had clear tubes.
Indulgence sets ready to pick & pack.
Launched fall of 2013.
8oz lotion. Scope included product formulation, coordinated with creative on tube & carton artwork, development and production of display carton, sourcing of tube and ongoing product refinement.
Same lotion formula, re-packaged into a 2oz limited edition tube as part of a 2014 holiday gift set.
Past 2014, the limited edition holiday tubes got smaller like these Holiday Nourish 1 oz tubes in Cranberry and Pear scents.
After I completed the 8oz lotion, I wanted to develop a 2oz travel size but the cost was prohibitive outside of the 2oz holiday limited edition with up-charge. I lobbied to develop my idea for a box of sample packets for consultants to use as a way to drive the sales of the 8oz tube. Once given the green light I did all the project bidding and costing, worked with the formulator on the bulk formulation and bulk shipping. I selected the packeting company and worked with them on the packet size, materials and development of the carton materials, size, style and coordinated with creative on the artwork.
25 pack of 5ml lotion sample pouches. Developed during the fall of 2014, launched spring 2015.
My initial concept was to have a custom die cut sample packet in the shape of a tube to tie in with the 8 & 4 oz packaging.
2oz Renew, peppermint pumice foot scrub and 2oz Soothe, peppermint foot cream. Scope included input on the product concept, competitive research and testing, work with formulator on product features and reviewing multiple test batch formulations. coordinated with creative on the artwork. Developed fall of 2014
Daily dietary supplement, hair, skin and nail formula, developed spring of 2014. Headed by another developer, my scope included work with the formulator, input on bottle & cap selection, label material, solving some printing issues and development of display carton which was not used.
I developed a display box for Beauty Boost which was slightly oversized with an internal compartment to keep the bottle in place. The box was intentionally oversized to allow more surface for branding, messaging of features, benefits and images. The box was never used which is odd because it makes Beauty Boost the only Jamberry consumer product not in display packaging, which is off brand.
