Finding a way to apply a mirror silver foil to the vinyl before the printing added additional color layers, didn't just add creative possibilities, it blew them wide open.

This is a product improvement that I directed by researching foil methods and technologies, sourcing dozens of samples, and overseeing the testing. I worked with multiple foil and adhesive manufacturers through many tests and many failures to get to the right combination of adhesive and foil in order to go live with production runs. I also worked with a great team in manufacturing that bore much of the testing frustration. 

While many of the foil samples I tested did not work, many did including holographics with different colors and textures. Sadly, most of those were never made available as product offerings.
