Chicken Coconut Korma, Medium Grain Sticky Rice & fresh Roti.
Tacos with fresh, wild caught, grilled thresher shark.
Cold pasta salad. Whole wheat pasta with garden tomato's, olives, asparagus, artichoke hearts, fresh grated parmigiano-reggiano and drizzled with a pear-gorgonzola vinaigrette.
Home made veggie pizza. Made from scratch cracker thin crust, mozzarella, tomato's, olives, artichoke hearts, oven roasted butternut squash, Trader Joe's Italian seasoning blend and a drizzle of EVOO.
Oven roasted carrots, potato's and chicken simmered in a yellow Thai curry. Sauce over rice, naan on the side.
Fresh made pasta.
Roasted baby white potatoes. Olive oil, salt, potatoes, finished with a rosemary brown butter sauce.
Scratch made chocolate loaf cake.
