Every business needs to do two things, create value and capture value. An idea is never enough, so at some point you actually have to develop and build something, then get it manufactured. I thrive in collaborative environments with companies that maintain their flexibility, continually improve their quality, and distinguish themselves in the marketplace with a stream of innovative products that have an impact and make a difference.

My mission is to impact and add value by contributing to a passionate and driven product team whose focus is innovation and improving the user experience. My core competencies are in the development process, product improvements and manufacturing efficiencies. I enjoy the project based, dynamic, hands-on nature of development, and the technical, in the trenches aspect of manufacturing and building those relationships. Manufacturing is a contact sport so building the right relationships and knowing who your working with is key to leverage expertise and manufacturing efficiencies. On mature products, I find the efficiencies that can be gained through updated processes, materials, packaging, pricing, technologies and relationships.

I have no illusions that my success has come from an individualistic effort; at the end of the day it’s a team effort by ordinary people from varied professional, educational and social backgrounds that come together and accomplish extraordinary things. Through my career I've had the privilege of teaming up with great people who have my gratitude for the personal and professional development that's occurred through experiences and relationships.
